We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hrs of receiving an order.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are despatched on Monday.

Orders placed on public holidays are despatched on the following business day.

Parcel Post can take between 3 to 6 business days.

Please note these times are Australia Post estimates, Rubyberry® is not responsible for Australia Post's service.

EXPRESS POST: 
Express Post guarantee temporarily suspended

Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. Read more.

Please check Australia Post's Express Post Domestic Estimator for timing on deliveries.
As we are in a rural area, Australia Post classifies us outside the next business day network.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Orders that are returned to Rubyberry® due to an incorrect or incomplete address will have the product amount refunded. The order will need to be reordered with the complete or correct address via our website before it can be re-despatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Rubyberry® has no control of customs duty, or import taxes in other countries.
